Now you are ready to experiment on your own! Continue the Wake Up Pleasure In Your Hands and follow the next points:
Focus points:
Focus on the sensations in your fingertips
Focus on the sensations inside your body
Bring back your attention to the sensations in your fingertips
Notice the different ways the object feels on your fingertips
Slow down your movement by half and notice the differences
Repeat step 5.
After 5 minutes of meditation, answer the following questions:
How do I feel Inside my body and how is it different than before the meditation?
What emotions, desires and other sensations do I feel inside my body?
How relaxed do I feel compared to before?
What effect did slowing down the movement have on my bodily sensations?
Did it make me feel more relaxed? (yes/no)
Rate your feelings (1 out of 10): How good did I feel before the meditation?
Rate your feelings (1 out of 10): How good do I feel right now?
