Now you are ready to experiment on your own! Continue the Wake Up Pleasure In Your Hands and follow the next points:
Focus points:
Focus on the sensations in your fingertips
Focus on the sensations inside your body
Bring back your attention to the sensations in your fingertips
Relax deeper into your body and notice your emotional state
Try to discover and discern your ‘mood’ or see if you can notice any sensations of fear, anger, guilt, shame or sadness
Allow whatever is there to be
Notice automatic responses of resistance through body movement, thinking, worrying, self blaming
Allow whatever is there to be
After 5 minutes of meditation, answer the following questions:
How do I feel Inside my body and how is it different than before the meditation?
What emotions, desires and other sensations do I feel inside my body?
How relaxed do I feel compared to before?
Did I experience any resistance behavior to certain feelings?
Did it make me feel more relaxed when I allowed the resistance to be there? (yes/no)
Rate your feelings (1 out of 10): How good did I feel before the meditation?
Rate your feelings (1 out of 10): How good do I feel right now?
