Focus on the sensations inside your body
Bring back your attention to the sensations in your fingertips
Focus on the sensations inside your body
Move your attention to the lower belly area
Invite and allow pleasure to rise
Allow the feeling to become stronger in your own unique way

What emotions, desires and other sensations do I feel inside my body?
How relaxed do I feel compared to before?
Could I experience sensations of pleasure?
Did I feel comfortable feeling into the sensations of pleasure? (yes/no)
Did I feel any sensations of fear, shame and guilt during the meditation?
